To create a listing on NamesGem, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your NamesGem account
2. Click on "Sell" in the navigation menu
3. Select your listing type (domain, website, or bundle)
4. Fill out the listing details form
5. Subscribe to a Standard or Featured plan (if not already subscribed)
6. Submit your listing for review

Your listing will be reviewed and published within 24 hours.

No. NamesGem has no direct account or API connection with Escrow.com — we only recommend it as a secure way to complete your transaction. Here's how it typically works:

1. Buyer and seller connect and agree on terms through a NamesGem listing
2. They open a transaction together directly on escrow.com, outside of NamesGem
3. Buyer completes payment on Escrow.com
4. Once payment is verified, seller transfers the domain/website
5. Buyer verifies the transfer and approves the release of funds
6. Escrow.com releases the payment to the seller

This process, run entirely on Escrow.com's platform, is designed to protect both buyers and sellers throughout the transaction.

NamesGem charges a subscription fee based on the plan you select:

• Standard: $15/month or $100/year, unlimited listings
• Featured: $25/month or $180/year, unlimited listings plus homepage placement

There are no commission fees on successful sales. If buyers and sellers choose to use Escrow.com to complete their transaction, they pay Escrow.com's own fee directly to Escrow.com, separately from NamesGem. For more details, please visit our Pricing page.
